Who Is Eligible For Medicare?
The primary qualification requirements for Medicare are either:
- 65+
- YEARS OLD
- You need to be 65 years of age or older to receive benefits.
- OR
- SSDI
- AWARDED
- You become eligible for Medicare if you’ve been awarded SSDI benefits.
- 2YR
- WAIT PERIOD
- After being awarded SSDI, you’re eligible for Medicare after a 2 year waiting period.
