You do not need to take any action, and your case is still in the same capable hands of our client advocacy team. Rest assured that your representation will not change; you will continue to receive the same level of service from us. All of the email addresses associated with The Advocator Group will automatically route to the same team as before, so you don’t need to worry about getting in touch with us. Going forward, you may see replies come from a bbabsence.com email address.
You will still be able to access up-to-date status information about your claim using the same Client Success Center links and logins. You will notice our new name and branding when you login, but you do not need to do anything differently.
