Mark
Prior to joining The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate, Mark proudly served in the US Navy for ten years as a Communications Specialist. His strong attention to detail and positive, team-centered attitude aid his work as a Client Advocate.
Mark truly enjoys being able to answer clients’ questions and help make them more comfortable as they face the often overwhelming process of applying for SSDI benefits. When he isn’t working, Mark enjoys spending time with his two sons, particularly by coaching their little league teams and going fishing.
Lindsay
Lindsay enjoys her role as a Client Advocate with the Advocator Group because it enables her to help change peoples’ lives while also utilizing her past experiences and skills. Lindsay has worked in a wide range of administrative roles, dealing with health benefits, pension, life insurance, and disability benefits. She also has extensive experience in both client-facing and operational roles, which gives her a unique perspective into what her clients might be going through.
Currently, Lindsay is attending Seminole State College in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and when she is not busy working or studying, she enjoys trying new foods, crafting, interior decorating, and shopping.
Michael
Michael began working with the Advocator Group in 2014 as a Customer Contact Specialist, and today he is part of our team of Client Advocates. Michael previously served for over six years in the U.S. Navy as a Master-At-Arms, and he brings his strong desire to help others into his work with SSDI applicants.
His role as a Client Advocate allows Michael to guide and support individuals facing a stressful and challenging time, as well as provide them with key education to help them in the future. Outside of work, Michael enjoys travelling with his daughter, exercising, and playing or watching as much football as possible!
Tori
Tori joined The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate after spending 10 years in a variety of social service positions, including working with the elderly through in-home care services and assisting families with rehab and hospital transitions. Tori has her master’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and this knowledge about all around health and safety helps her provide informed, compassionate advocacy to SSDI applicants.
Tori seeks to be a good listener, and takes pride in being able to help people when they need support the most. Tori enjoys pouring into others outside of work by spending time with her family and friends, and she also loves running, traveling, reading, and curling up with her dog and kitties.
