Your SSDI Claims

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits provide critical support to millions of American workers and their families every year. But if you’ve ever tried to navigate the SSDI process yourself, you already know, it can feel overwhelming. Applications, questionnaires, deadlines, ongoing communication with the Social Security Administration… it’s a lot to manage, especially when you’re already dealing with health concerns and major life changes.

That’s exactly why Advocator Advantage exists.

For over twenty years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping people navigate the SSDI process with clarity, confidence and support. In that time, we’ve helped more than 200,000 individuals successfully obtain SSDI benefits, and we remain deeply committed to helping many more.

Advocator Advantage: Our Story

Advocator Advantage was founded in 2002 with a clear understanding of how challenging the SSDI application process can be. We know the stress doesn’t stop with paperwork; it often includes managing medical appointments, dealing with private insurance, and handling disruptions to everyday life, all while trying to understand an unfamiliar and complex system.

Our mission has always been to lighten that load.

At Advocator Advantage, we focus on education, guidance, and consistent support, so our customers feel heard, understood and never left to navigate the process alone. From day one, we’re here to help make things feel more manageable.

While we always aim for the fastest and most favorable outcome possible, we also understand that SSDI claims don’t always move in a straight line. If a claim doesn’t result in an immediate approval, we continue standing by our clients, supporting them from the initial application all the way through the appeals process, including Appeals Council review when necessary.

Over the past two decades, our organization has grown, but one thing has remained constant: our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in every way possible. Every customer matters to us, and we’re proud to provide thoughtful, thorough support at every stage.

What It’s Like to Work with Advocator Advantage

When you work with Advocator Advantage, you’ll work with compassionate, experienced Client Advocates who thoroughly understand the SSDI process. Our role is to guide you, advocate for you and help you feel confident that nothing is falling through the cracks.

Here’s how we support you along the way:

Claims Management

Applying for Social Security Disability can be long and complicated, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Client Advocates manage claim milestones and monitor deadlines to ensure your claim stays on track and complies with Social Security’s strict requirements. If Social Security requests information, we respond on your behalf and work directly with you to make sure questionnaires are completed accurately and appointments are attended as needed.

Medical Records Submission

If your case requires a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), we will prepare your case file with all relevant information.

The goal is to ensure that the ALJ reviewing your case has a complete, clear picture of your situation. This includes presenting medical evidence related to your disabling condition(s). We’ll contact your doctors to obtain updated medical records, and our Client Advocates will organize and submit everything on your behalf.

Representation at Hearings

While most clients never need to attend a hearing, if your case does reach that level, we’ll help you prepare and connect you with an experienced disability attorney in your area.

We work with a nationwide network of disability attorneys who are familiar with local hearing offices and procedures. Having someone who knows the local process can make a meaningful difference, and we’re here to make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

Not Eligible for SSDI? We Can Still Help

If SSDI isn’t the right option for you, whether that’s because you’re not eligible or simply not interested, we can still support you in other important ways.

Medicare Advocacy

Through Aevo Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Advocator Advantage, our team of Licensed Insurance Agents provides Medicare enrollment support and guidance. You may become eligible for Medicare when you turn 65 or after receiving SSDI cash benefits for two years.

Aevo helps cut through the noise of Medicare advertising, focusing on what truly matters: your unique medical needs, financial situation and coverage options.

Moving Forward, Together

Whether you’ve already applied for SSDI, received a denial, or are simply exploring your options, we invite you to contact Advocator Advantage to see if our services are the right fit for you.

You’ll speak with an experienced intake specialist who will take the time to get to know you, ask a few questions and determine whether you may qualify for benefits. They’ll answer any questions you have and help move things forward if it makes sense for your situation.

The decision to apply for benefits is deeply personal and depends on your individual circumstances. That decision is always yours. Our role is to provide guidance, clarity, and support, every step of the way.

We look forward to connecting and seeing how we can help.
