Eric, Accounts Payable Accountant
Eric began working at The Advocator Group in a Finance Administrator role shortly after graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. After several months, he transitioned into his position as an Accounts Payable Accountant. He enjoys getting to know his fellow teammates, and is excited to continue growing into his new role and supporting each department.
Eric’s work keeps him busy, and outside of work he is also quite active working for a DJ company that does all kinds of events ranging from weddings to Bar/Bat-Mitzvahs!
Devin, Client Advocate
Devin joined The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate in 2014 after working in various customer service and supervisory roles. Devin’s customer service background has aided her work as a Client Advocate, and she loves being able to help people through what may be the most difficult time of their lives.
She takes pride in her ability to educate SSDI applicants on a very complicated process and help them worry less about their benefits. Devin also has a wide range of interests outside of work, including cooking, baking and live music – she has even judged Boston’s Battle of the Bands.
Carmen, Client Advocacy Supervisor
Carmen, Client Advocacy Supervisor, joined The Advocator Group in 2012. Previously, Carmen worked as the manager of arbitration and compliance cases of credit/debit card fraud. Her work experiences strengthened her skill set in, and her compassion around, handling delicate cases.
Carmen feels that her work with The Advocator Group extends beyond just helping people in need, and she takes pride in her ability to analyze each detail of an SSDI claim, determine what is needed, and get the job done. She also enjoys sharing knowledge with SSDI applicants and her teammates. Carmen is just as busy at home as she is at work, since she is constantly running around after five daughters!
