Greg, Senior Operations Analyst

Greg joined The Advocator Group in 2014 and has held positions in finance and operations during his years with the company. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and he brings a variety of program control and financial experience to The Advocator Group. In his current role as Senior Operations Analyst, Greg provides the organization with valuable reporting, data, and analytics and lends vital support to the leadership team for special projects, proposals or initiatives. Greg also manages the Reimbursement Facilitation team—which provides SSDI applicants with vital assistance once they’ve received their SSDI award.

Greg enjoys working alongside his colleagues each day and he looks forward to continuing to his professional development with The Advocator Group. When he is not busy working, Greg spends his time taking care of his two beautiful daughters and enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time outdoors.

Carmen, Continuous Improvement Coach

Carmen, Continuous Improvement Coach focused in Quality, joined The Advocator Group in 2012. Previously, Carmen worked as a Client Advocate & Supervisor of Client Services which strengthened her skill in, and her compassion around, helping and coaching others. Her analytical and critical thinking skills are just a couple of the many attributes in her role servicing our clients and the organization.

Carmen feels that her work with The Advocator Group extends beyond just helping others, and she takes pride in her ability to analyze each detail of the SSDI process, determine what is needed, and get the job done. Carmen is just as busy at home as she is at work, providing guidance and support to her five daughters!

Devin-client-advocate

Devin, Supervisor, Client Services

Devin joined The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate in 2014 after working in various customer service and supervisory roles. Devin’s customer service background has aided her work as a Client Advocate, and she loves being able to help people through what may be the most difficult time of their lives.

She takes pride in her ability to educate SSDI applicants on a very complicated process and help them worry less about their benefits. Devin also has a wide range of interests outside of work, including cooking, baking and live music – she has even judged Boston’s Battle of the Bands.

Lindsay, Supervisor, Hearing Advocacy

Lindsay enjoys her role as a Client Advocate with the Advocator Group because it enables her to help change peoples’ lives while also utilizing her past experiences and skills. Lindsay has worked in a wide range of administrative roles, dealing with health benefits, pension, life insurance, and disability benefits. She also has extensive experience in both client-facing and operational roles, which gives her a unique perspective into what her clients might be going through.

Currently, Lindsay is attending Seminole State College in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and when she is not busy working or studying, she enjoys trying new foods, crafting, interior decorating, and shopping.

Michael, Client Advocate

Michael began working with the Advocator Group in 2014 as a Customer Contact Specialist, and today he is part of our team of Client Advocates. Michael previously served for over six years in the U.S. Navy as a Master-At-Arms, and he brings his strong desire to help others into his work with SSDI applicants.

His role as a Client Advocate allows Michael to guide and support individuals facing a stressful and challenging time, as well as provide them with key education to help them in the future. Outside of work, Michael enjoys travelling with his daughter, exercising, and playing or watching as much football as possible!

Mark, Hearing Advocate

Prior to joining The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate, Mark proudly served in the US Navy for ten years as a Communications Specialist. His strong attention to detail and positive, team-centered attitude aid his work as a Client Advocate.

Mark truly enjoys being able to answer clients’ questions and help make them more comfortable as they face the often overwhelming process of applying for SSDI benefits. When he isn’t working, Mark enjoys spending time with his two sons, particularly by coaching their little league teams and going fishing.
